Referencing Styles : APADescription Context: Your 400 word summary of at least two good quality articles (from peer reviewed journals) will describe key findings of research studies related to COPD management and care to provide evidence based advice to a client with COPD, his/her family and/or other health professionals involved in the care of that client. Types of articles: must be research articles from peer reviewed journals (actual studies with participants, not literature reviews) Marking: 25% of the Task 3 mark comes from the article evaluations (No word limit). 75% of the Task 3 mark comes from the article summaries and practical advice (400 words in total for all articles included) In order to help you achieve success in this task a self-assessed marking criteria is provided (at the end of the evaluation table) for you to complete. Possible marks: 20 Due: Week 13 You will first need to submit your summary through Safe Assign Draft Check-in (see below) to check for plagiarism and revise the draft as necessary because if you final submission is plagiarised it will receive a mark of 0. Please allow time (up to 24 hours, depending on demand) for the Safe Assign report to be generated. Once satisfied with your final draft, submit through Task 3 Final Submission link because only these submissions will be marked. Topic: COPD (management of acute episodes, long term management, quality of life, etc). Articles can be from your own discipline (i.e. health promotion interventions, psychological interventions, use of diet, use of exercise, treatment of acute episodes, etc) Description, instructions, submission template and support documents are available below.
